Do I need training to use this?

Every purchase includes a 1:1 Advanced Training session with our team to ensure a seamless start. We’ll walk you through everything and make sure your staff feels confident using the system in real clinical settings.

Setup is quick and straightforward. Just connect the base station, pair your handpiece, and launch the software, no calibration, complex integrations, or special tools required. Your Advanced Training rep will walk you through the process step-by-step.

InnerView runs on Windows 10 or newer. It is not currently compatible with Mac systems. 

Your support fees will automatically be billed. Your renewal includes continued access to the InnerView diagnostics platform, new feature upgrades, usage tracking, and dedicated support.

Yes. You can purchase additional handpieces, base stations, or tips directly through our site. For multi-provider or enterprise configurations, our team can help tailor a custom setup for your practice.

Most offices feel fully comfortable after one short training session. Every purchase includes our Advanced Training Course (CE), which covers both system setup and real-world clinical application. Because InnerView is non-invasive, intuitive, and requires no complex calibration, most teams are up to speed after a single session, with optional ongoing support available if needed.
