Getting Started

Do I need training to use InnerView?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a personalized onboarding session. We’ll walk you through setup, usage, and staff training to ensure a seamless implementation.

Setup is simple:

  1. Plug in the Base Station
  2. Pair your Handpiece (wirelessly)
  3. Launch the software

No calibration or complicated integration required.

InnerView runs on Windows 10 or newer. It is not currently compatible with Mac systems. All required hardware is included in your initial purchase.
Most teams feel confident after a single training session. Because the system is intuitive and non-invasive, it’s easy to implement across your practice.

Product & Technical

Each tip is precision-calibrated to communicate directly with the InnerView software and deliver consistent, reliable diagnostic feedback. Future updates will include advanced data insights powered by the same technology.

Disposable Tips are single-use and should be discarded after each scan. For high-volume practices, we recommend enrolling in auto-ship to avoid running low.

Yes. You can expand your setup at any time by purchasing handpieces, base stations, or tips directly from our site.
We recommend 1 Handpiece + 1 Base Station per hygiene or treatment room for seamless workflow and minimal disruption.

Warranty & Returns

  • All InnerView hardware (handpieces and base stations) is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product is faulty, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
For safety and hygiene, disposable tips are not eligible for return once shipped.
